Repair Network Organization

The Technofan on-site FAA, JAA and CAAR approved Repair Station services and maintain Technofan-designed equipment.Technofan strives to offer the most competitive and professional repair services. We welcome inquiries for mid and long-term repair agreements.

The repair shop is divided in two sectors :

  • Electronic equipment (electronic speed detector, brushless fans, etc...)
  • Mechanic equipment (fans, brake cooling fans, outflow valve, etc...)

The repair shop is in constant communication with the program manager of each product in order to propose all necessary actions and improvement for each unit to be repaired.

The staff in our approved Repair Stations carefully monitors the progress of each order to ensure timely completion. Our Repair organization is committed to provide rapid reaction, competitive pricing, high quality assurance standards and short turn around time.

The Repair Network for Technofan Equipment relies on both Technofan Blagnac - France organization and our approved Repair Stations such as Messier-Bugatti Systems Inc. (Seattle) USA, and Messier-Bugatti Systems Pte Ltd (Singapore).

Repair agents commitments regarding Quality

Repair agents are regularly audited by Airworthiness Authorities and/or Technofan Quality Departement. If any deviation is noted regarding the Activity Reports and performance (TAT not met, repairs not mentioned in Capability List ...) an audit might be planned.

Repair Services

Technofan Customer Service has been set up in order to provide its Customers with an efficient support for all Technofan components.

The following services are available for:

  • The testing of components,
  • The repair of components,
  • The supply of components on an exchange basis,
  • The leasing of components,
  • Modification/upgrade of components will be quoted separately.
