This program uses methods aimed at improving group performance, defined for each of the group’s subsidiaries.For Technofan, 4 major operations are in progress, and many others have been undertaken or are currently being studied.
- Increasing customer satisfaction
- Handling global requirements and the numerous aircraft programs for which Technofan supplies equipment.
- Protecting the company’s most valuable asset: its personnel. Indeed, this means planning prevention by integrating, in a coherent whole: technical aspects, organization, working conditions, staff relations and the influence of environmental factors.
- Robust equipment! Technofan is particularly concerned by the objective, newly set by its main customers, of supplying over 99.9% of conforming products. Technofan’s performance, already very good, must target excellence. To achieve this, the project in progress consists of identifying preventive action on our suppliers’ premises, in the workshops, and in testing. There is no longer any question of dispatching equipment presenting any risk of breakdown with the customer: targeting inspection processes, preventing human error, testing in greater depth …
These are just some of the actions to be deployed, with the sole aim of delivering high performance, robust products.
