Worldwide presence
In 2001, an American subsidiary was created, Technofan Inc, in Seattle in the United States, bringing production of Technofan equipment geographically closer to its North American customers.
This subsidiary is responsible not only for the manufacture of products intended for existing programs, but also has a commercial and engineering organization for the design of new developments for our American customers.
On its way to A380
Technofan was selected as major supplier on the A380 to design :
- the complete avionics ventilation system
- the cabin and cargo recirculation fans
- the ventilation system for the ECS packs zone, comprising turbo fans, valves and check-valves
- the brake cooling fans
